At Thorne the Brand, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Below, you’ll find details about our return policy and process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items, provided the following conditions are met:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery for US, Canada, and United Kingdom.
• Items marked as Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Personalized Items are non-returnable.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
• Contact us at contact@thornethebrand.com to begin the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item(s) back to us.
2. Prepare Your Return:
• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a comparable box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Include your order confirmation or return authorization slip.
3. Ship Your Return:
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Thorne the Brand is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@thornethebrand.com to confirm availability. We will process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thornethebrand.com.
• Include photos of the item, packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Final Sale items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards
